About Business Banking:

We’re looking to hire a product manager to join the Business Banking collective.

Business Banking launched 4 years ago with the idea of bringing the very best of Monzo to small businesses. Since then it’s grown into an award winning offering, serving over 400,000 UK businesses.  

We’re now gearing up for our next phase of growth with substantial investment into our product offering to support our ambitious plans. 

Your day-to-day   

As the product lead for growth in business banking, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing on strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. 

That means you’ll:

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, user research and marketing to identify new growth opportunities, launch experiments and iterate.
  • Create delightful experiences that solve user needs and pain points.
  • Communicate effectively. You get people inspired by the product vision and you share the right context with the right people at the right time.
  • Lead the planning process and associated roadmap prioritisation ensuring alignment within the team and with wider business goals and objectives. 
  • Work with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, data, user research and marketing) to ensure projects are delivered on time and as planned.
  • Set clear goals and track progress against targets.

The interview process:

Our interview process typically involves 4 main stages: 

  • Recruiter call 
  • Initial call with hiring manager
  • Experience Loop consisting of x3 interviews. This includes a Case Study, Project Walkthrough and a Values interview 
  • Final chat with a senior leader at Monzo

Our average process takes around 3-5 weeks but we will always work around your availability. You will have the chance to speak to our recruitment team at various points during your process but if you do have any specific questions ahead of this please contact us on tech-hiring@monzo.com
