⭐Our Product Design team

We are a team of around 35, made up of Senior and Lead level product designers, design managers and directors. We are an embedded discipline, where we work cross functionally alongside Product Managers, User Researchers and Engineers. Our total design org is around 70, which includes product design, user research and brand design.


🔑You’ll play a key role by…

  • Collaborating with user researchers or building your own understanding of customer needs to refine and frame the team's understanding of problems and motivations.
  • Crafting end-to-end customer journeys that align across teams
  • Taking ownership of projects with ambiguous challenges, defining clear solutions through self-led design processes and balancing exploration with decision-making to deliver impactful results.
  • Driving the vision for your product area and breaking it into actionable, incremental steps to deliver meaningful progress toward long-term goals.
  • Ensuring all designs follow accessibility principles, align with our design principles and product writing guidelines, and include thoughtful, actionable UI copy with clear intent and tone.
  • Combining iOS, Android, and web patterns with our design system components to create scalable, delightful, and efficient solutions, while contributing to the evolution of our design system.
  • Producing designs that meet a high bar of quality, showcasing strong hierarchy, typography, and layout that align with our brand and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Partnering with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standard, using prototypes, clear documentation, and hands-on support to bring every detail to life.

  • You craft exceptional end-to-end customer journeys with attention to coherence and detail.
  • You have a strong grasp of accessibility principles and can create inclusive designs.
  • You produce visually stunning designs that balance brand consistency and usability.
  • You can drive a product vision while delivering iterative improvements.
  • You’re comfortable advocating for high-quality implementation through pairing, prototyping, or documentation.

📍This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)
