⭐ Our Finance team

We are looking for a detail orientated & collaborative ALM Senior Analyst (UK) to play a key role in enhancing Treasury’s balance sheet management capabilities and reporting. This is an important role for us, which will work across the Treasury, Finance and Risk functions.


🔑 You’ll play a key role by…

  • Preparing and reviewing assumptions and modelling proposals across Interest Rate and Liquidity risk disciplines
  • Taking lead as the single point of contact between the business and finance in regard to the preparation of the ALCO materials
  • Reviewing implementation of the assumptions in the ALM system
  • Supporting in defining hedging strategies to manage current and future risks to NII
  • Running controls on IRRBB, liquidity and funding risks
  • Taking end to end ownership of the ALM policies and procedures
  • Building trusted relationships with the business/product collectives
  • Support the preparation of the annual ILAAP
  • Supporting other areas of Treasury where required
  • Understanding and explaining actual performance, balance sheet movements, products and impacts of the product offering on IRRBB, liquidity and funding risks by working closely with the FP&A squad
  • Supporting annual disclosures and regulatory horizon scanning

🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • Considerable experience in Treasury and finance business partnering
  • An accountancy/technical qualification or qualified by significant experience
  • A highly analytical and forward thinking approach
  • Familiarity with large data analysis and technology 
  • Knowledge of retail and corporate products and pricing as well as market dynamics
  • Ability to articulate and explain technical topics
  • Openness of communication

  • Technical video interview with hiring manager and treasury stakeholders (60 min)
  • Behavioural interview with finance stakeholders (45 min)
