The Role

 

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Business and Partner Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, both internally and with our incredible partners. Think of yourself as the central connector, optimizing how we work and nurturing the relationships that help us deliver our products and services seamlessly. You'll get to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement solutions that genuinely move the needle for our business and our customers.

 

What you’ll be working on:

  • Manage Partnerships: You'll oversee the full journey of our partner relationships, from their initial onboarding and integration to ongoing support and performance reviews.
  • Partner Bank: Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues touching our Sponsor Bank, and own the resolution of these issues, including prioritizing, problem solving, seeking alignment internally and externally 
  • Strategic Initiatives: You'll dive into our current processes – from how customers onboard to how transactions are handled – and find ways to make them even better, more efficient, and more compliant.
  • Payment Operations: Leverage data to troubleshoot payment issues and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: You'll create clear reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights that help our leadership make informed decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to launch new products, develop Bank approval plans, and build new processes to optimize our partnerships

 

You should apply if: 

  • You have experience managing Fintech partnerships and business operations
  • You are SQL proficient, analytical and make data driven decisions 
  • You love solving complex problems and have a track record of managing performance and SLAs
  • You have built strong relationships and collaborate with partners to reach alignment and resolve issues
  • You can drive clarity amidst ambiguity and focus on the things that matter
  • You are organized and have managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You are familiar with regulations and compliance requirements within consumer banking

 

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves four main stages: 

  • Recruiter Call (30mins)
  • Initial Call (30 mins)
  • Take Home Task (to be completed within 7 days)
  • x3 final interviews via Google Meet (45 mins each)

Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
