Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.

:key: You’ll play a key role by:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to design, build and profitably grow a new product that deeply resonates with our US customers and elevates Monzo to a leading FinTech in the market
  • Work closely with your partners in Marketing, Design and Research to ensure we are creating and communicating the most important value propositions for our customers
  • Be an active and influential leader within the team and foster our culture of accountability, support and a high bar for excellence
  • Collaborate with your peers across Monzo who can help you accelerate your progress and increase your odds of success (e.g., specific capabilities we don’t yet have in the US team, learnings, counsel, advice).

Requirements

  • You’ve got a track record of building successful, customer-centric digital products in a fast growing company
  • You love the craft of creating remarkable products and businesses
  • You have excelled building and launching a remarkable zero-to-one consumer products (ideally a regulated one like financial services, healthcare, or similar)
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, and in a structured way
  • You have the urge and resilience to challenge the status quo and make things better
  • You ground your thinking in data, facts and insights but are equally comfortable making decisions quickly if/when the complete/ideal data is unavailable
  • You can work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done, and are able to thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence the people you work with
  • You’re excited by the ambition of what we’re doing at Monzo and personal finance in general
  • You’re a fast learner, humble and curious, and enjoy developing yourself and others

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves three main stages: 

  1. Initial Interview 
  2. Case Study Interview
  3. Final interview: including a project walkthrough and a behavioural interview 

Our average process takes around 3-4 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
