The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will be a strategic marketing partner within the Payments Collective, reporting directly to the Lead for this area. You will be the driving force behind our international payments marketing strategy, taking full ownership of how we communicate our global money movement features to customers. Your goal is to drive significant commercial outcomes by building and executing impactful, integrated campaigns that make Monzo the go-to choice for customers and businesses with global lives. You will be responsible for implementing campaign strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and deliver on performance metrics.

In this role, you will have the following capabilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Ability to design and lead high-impact marketing strategies for payments that align with Monzo's commercial goals and product roadmap. 
  • Commercial Acumen: A deep focus on driving business outcomes, such as increasing international transaction volumes and active user growth, through clever and efficient marketing. 
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure our international payments proposition is world-class and well-communicated. 
  • Advanced Performance Accountability: Ownership of the full marketing funnel, using data to track performance, identify gaps, and pivot strategies to maximize ROI. 
  • Channel Mastery: Expertise in using a broad mix of channels (CRM, Social, Paid, PR, and In-app) to create seamless, "always-on" and hero campaign experiences, as well as a proven ability to test and experiment with new channels and campaigns.
  • Outcome-Driven Optimisation: The Capability to continuously refine marketing tactics based on complex data sets and customer insights to improve conversion and retention, as well as a strong foundation in creative thinking and an agile approach to developing new ideas based on data. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Strategy: Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for International Payment Products, ensuring it supports our broader mission and meets ambitious commercial targets. 
  • Drive Growth: Create and execute integrated campaigns that clearly explain the value of our offering, driving both new customer acquisition and deeper engagement with existing users. 
  • Implement cross-channel campaigns: Coordinating with various teams (e.g., product, growth, creative, data and operations) to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Master the Metrics: Take full responsibility for the performance of your campaigns, providing regular, insightful reporting to leadership on progress against key business metrics. 
  • Optimise and Innovate: Using data and insights to constantly improve our messaging and channel mix, ensuring we drive continuous improvement in execution and results.
  • Stakeholder management: Interface with the General Manager (GM), Collective, Marketing, and Operational leaders and Agencies to ensure effective stakeholder management and campaign alignment.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Strategically manage the marketing budget for international payments, optimizing spend to ensure the highest possible impact across all channels.

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves three main stages: 

  1. Recruiter Call (30 mins)
  2. Initial Call (45 mins)
  3. x2 Interviews via Google Meet (x2 60 mins)

Our average process takes around 3-4 weeks but we will always work around your availability. 

What’s in it for you:

💰Salary is £68,500 - £88,000

📍This role will be based out of our London office next to Liverpool Street station in a hybrid approach of office based and home working

⏰We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team.
