⭐ Our FinCrime, Fraud & Disputes team
At Monzo, we’re building the bank of the future - and we need people who want to make that future happen. We do things differently here. We’re focused on solving problems, making banking easier, and helping people manage their money better.
In our fight against financial crime, fraud and disputes, we believe great change management is essential. That’s why we’re hiring for this exciting new Lead Change Partner role in our FinCrime, Fraud and Disputes team. You’ll be a guiding voice, taking ownership of complex end to end change.
You’re not managing a team, but instead you’ll need to display strong leadership within an individual contributor (IC) capacity, to successfully execute high-impact initiatives.
🔑 You’ll play a key role by…
- Leading the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional change initiatives across Financial Crime, Fraud and Disputes
- Partnering with Product, Risk, Technology and Operations to shape solutions that balance customer experience, risk and efficiency
- Acting as a trusted advisor in product and risk forums, influencing decisions with a customer-first, risk-aware mindset
- Driving organisational readiness for change, from planning and stakeholder alignment through to implementation and adoption
- Monitoring performance post-launch, resolving issues and continuously improving processes and tooling
- Using data, feedback and insight to identify optimisation opportunities and deliver meaningful operational improvements
- Coaching and supporting other Change Partners, sharing knowledge and raising the bar across the team
🤩 We’d love to hear from you if…
- You’ve led complex change initiatives in Financial Crime, Fraud or Disputes
- You’re comfortable managing multiple workstreams and navigating ambiguity with confidence
- You take ownership, make sound decisions and stay calm under pressure
- You communicate clearly and can influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the detail when needed
- You use data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Not ticking every box? That’s totally okay! Studies show that women and people of colour might hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement. At Monzo, we’re dedicated to creating a diverse and welcoming team. If you’re passionate about this role and keen to learn and grow with us, we encourage you to apply— even if you don’t have everything that's listed just yet. Drop us your application, we’d love to hear from you!
