Who We're Looking For
We seek compassionate and experienced therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide empathetic, non-judgmental care to our members. This pay-per-encounter W2 position offers flexibility in scheduling while ensuring job stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth counseling sessions using our technology platform.
- Create comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.
- Ensure documentation complies with clinical and state regulations.
- Develop meaningful connections with clients.
- Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
What We Offer

Qualifications
- Unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC license in good standing in California.
- 2+ years of direct care experience (excluding orientation/training).
- Committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ability to collaborate with MD/NP staff on medication management.
- Skilled in various therapeutic modalities and adaptable to clients' needs.
Pay:
$72 - $80 USD
