Who We’re Looking For
Mood Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our team. This role involves supervising associate clinicians, providing clinical oversight, and maintaining a limited caseload of clients.
We’re looking for a supervisor who is passionate about supporting the professional development of pre-licensed therapists and ensuring excellence in clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ~6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week
- Conduct ~3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week
- Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed
- Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards
- Collaborate with our clinical leadership team as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings
- Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth
