About the Role
As a Clinical Operations Specialist you will support the day-to-day operational needs of a remote behavioral health practice by onboarding and assisting clinical providers, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for providers, helping troubleshoot systems, coordinate training, and streamline workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Clinical Operations Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, with experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations and comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute the end-to-end provider onboarding process.
- Coordinate and maintain clinical provider scheduling and calendars.
- Develop, document, and optimize clinical operational workflows.
- Act as a central point of contact for clinical team and provider operational inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within clinical operations.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks related to patient care delivery and record keeping.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical operations.
Who You Are
- Provider Onboarding: Someone who will support the details of the onboarding process for new clinical providers, including system setup, schedules, training coordination, and documentation management.
- Schedule Management: Consistently supports provider scheduling, ensuring availability aligns with client needs, and assisting with calendar management and adjustments.
- Operational Support: Will serve as a key point of contact for provider operational questions, assisting with internal processes, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Compliance & Documentation: Always ensure provider records, certifications, and training are accurately maintained and up-to-date in company systems.
- Communication: Acts as a liaison between providers and internal teams to resolve operational or administrative issues efficiently.
