Recruiting Coordinator

Renewal by Andersen - Indianapolis, IN

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team. In this role, you’ll help keep the hiring process organized and provide a positive experience for candidates.

What You’ll Do:

Review resumes and applications to help identify candidates who meet role requirements.

Coordinate and schedule phone interviews between candidates and Recruiters.

Communicate interview details and updates to candidates and internal teams.

Keep candidate information and recruiting records accurate and up to date.

Assist Recruiters with other coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, service-oriented approach.

The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating computer systems.

Recruiting or scheduling experience is helpful, but not required.

Hourly Rate

$21 - $23 USD
