Plumbing Install Lead Technician
Job Overview:
Are you a skilled and experienced Residential Plumbing Install Lead seeking an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment? DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
- Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
- Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
- Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs)
- Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable
- Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
- Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical
