About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales team and be an automatic contributor to the growth of our revenue and market share. You will work in-office and report to our Sales Manager and work directly with cross-functional BDR, Data, and Logistics teams to increase pipeline growth and closed deals.

You Will:

  • Be a point of contact for clients (by phone, text, and email)
  • Provide support for client's needs (both buying and selling)
  • Develop sales strategies together with client's budgets
  • Oversee the buying and selling process until the deal is closed and the client is satisfied
  • Cold calling - produce new leads and prospecting accounts
  • Use technology automation tools to track deal progress and report goals - regular account updates are required based on client communication
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are addressed and met
  • Organize in-person meetings with local facilities to grow and foster relationships (this may also include video/voice chat meetings with both national and international prospects)
  • Demonstrate the value of our services to prospective clients
  • Use our internal CRM to provide product information to clients
  • Work with our Listings and Research Associates to ensure accurate product listings and data entry
  • Handle negotiations and any client complaints
  • In the first 4 months, you will ramp to full production as an Account Executive contributing to the team and revenue of our north star

You Have:

  • You have 5 years of proven track record experience of exceeding quota as Account Executive
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience selling in the semiconductor industry.
  • You have experience in the full cycle sales process
  • Have the experience building pipelines
  • You are experienced in cold calling, building relationships, and developing opportunities
  • You are experienced in using a CRM
