Moovv is a fast-growing D2C wellness and movement brand, founded in 2024, with customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We’re still early, but momentum is building fast.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to own and build the financial engine behind our growth.

This is not a traditional finance role. You’ll be deeply embedded in the business working across marketing, operations, and product to drive smarter decisions, improve profitability, and help scale the company.

 

📊 What You’ll Own

• Financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across all D2C channels
• Deep ownership of unit economics, margin analysis, and profitability optimisation
• Cash flow management in a fast-moving e-commerce environment
• Cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Operations, and Product
• Building the financial infrastructure (models, tools, processes) to support our next stage of growth

 

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or a high-growth startup
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions
• Experience working closely with commercial teams (especially marketing or growth)
• Solid understanding of D2C metrics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback)
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
