Right now, we are looking for a IT Project Manager to join our team!

About your role at the project

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are delivered within the defined scope, on schedule, within budget, and to the organization's quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects related to Infrastructure, Data Transformation, and Information Security. Additionally, they must be adaptable and eager to work on a variety of business and technology projects as needed.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with key operational and IT stakeholders to deliver projects that meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Work with technical teams in Infrastructure, Data Transformation, and Security to ensure project scope is well-documented, communicated, and managed for successful execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, communication strategies, resource allocation, and monitor progress against the plan.
  • Oversee scope changes in line with established change management processes.
  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring successful resolution.
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to provide project status updates, discuss risks and mitigation strategies, and assess progress toward project objectives.
  • Assist stakeholders in resolving conflicts, re-prioritizing tasks, and removing obstacles to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and other areas as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in managing technical projects.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Agile teams or organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading Agile or Scrum teams and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Familiarity with the health insurance industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong meeting facilitation capabilities.
  • Experience in managing interdepartmental projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology platforms and systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Other skills/qualifications:

  • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • PMP, Agile certification, or other relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce is considered a plus.
