About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Magento eCommerce Architect and Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining the direction and alignment of eCommerce technology and processes, ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our Magento-based eCommerce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with VP and C-level executives and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that drive our business forward. This position is within a leading company in the basic apparel manufacturing industry. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the future of eCommerce for a globally recognized brand.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Architect defining the strategic direction and alignment of eCommerce technology and processes.
• Serve as the Technical Lead providing hands-on technical support to the entire development team, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Development Engineers, and QA Engineers.
• Collaborate with VP and C-level executives across both business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives.
• Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement of the Magento application and eCommerce ecosystem post-initial implementation.
• Work closely with external System Integrators, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of resources for implementation teams.

 

Requirements

• Proven ability to interact effectively with VP and C-level executives across business and technical teams.
• Deep knowledge, skills, and experience in implementing Magento eCommerce.
• Experience as a Principal Architect in at least one Magento implementation, defining technology and process alignment.
• Experience as a Technical Lead in at least one Magento implementation, providing hands-on technical guidance to development teams.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and best practices.
• Advanced level of English.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Architect and Technical Lead in an implementation where an external System Integrator provided all resources for the implementation team.
• Experience leading and managing the Continuous Improvement of the Magento application and eCommerce ecosystem after the initial implementation.
