💻 Quality Engineer – Automation & Flutter

About Your Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and scripts to ensure that our software products meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, build robust frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across web and mobile platforms (including Flutter).

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing.

• Proven hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar).

• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, or C#).

• Experience in API testing, performance testing, and security testing.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Automation: Design and implement automation frameworks for software applications, selecting tools, defining strategies, and creating reusable test scripts.

• Execution & Coverage: Create and execute automated test scripts (functional, integration, regression, performance).

• Test Planning: Define test plans, cases, and scenarios based on functional requirements and design specifications.

• Defect Management: Identify, log, and manage defects using bug tracking tools, verifying fixes and retesting.

• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results, identify trends and issues, and recommend improvements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, regression optimization, and testing efficiency.

• Cross-Platform Collaboration: Ensure alignment between web (Next.js/Playwright) and mobile (Flutter) testing strategies.

• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging practices in automation testing.
