Our firm is looking for full time customer service professionals who are passionate about helping people and dedicated to providing consistent first-class customer experience. Our clients call us when experiencing traumatic situations and our Case Consultants are the first line of communication they have with our firm. The proper candidate will support the Case Control Center’s core values by operating with PURPOSE- Passion, Unity, Respect, Persistence, Opportunity, Success, and Excellence
The Case Control Center is open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 9:00pm. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime during those business hours, Monday to Friday with Weekend availability.

Position Starts at $15.00/hr + Monthly Incentives averages $800. Join the team today and receive a $250 sign-on bonus! You must be employed with the company for a minimum of 90 days to receive this special offer.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to potential clients calling into the firm and determine if we are able to help the client
- Collect and input adequate data regarding prospective cases
- Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients
- Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text
- Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls
- Resolve client issues in a professional manner
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred
- Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM while navigating through multiple software applications
