Who we want:
The Marketing Strategy department seeks a great addition to our already amazing team. The role will contribute to our performance marketing efforts; the primary channel this role will be responsible for is Paid Search. You should be an independent thinker capable of challenging assumptions and being a proactive advocate for your areas of responsibility.
This Sr. Associate, Search will be tasked with assisting Search Manager & Sr. Manager with pacing management & conducting regular optimizations to maximize efficacy of Morgan & Morgan’s direct response campaigns under direction of managers. This person will be in a highly visible role, so attention to detail and proactivity are critical. Paid Search marketing will be your core focus, including adjacent ad products in the Google ecosystem and beyond (such as Performance Max and GDN). You will also have opportunities to develop your knowledge of other areas of digital including paid social and programmatic/display etc. You will receive training to tackle complex marketing, media, and technology challenges in an effort to help our business grow. A successful candidate will be someone who is naturally curious, passionate in pursuing excellence, humble enough to ask questions and capable of out of the box thinking + creative problem solving.
This role will report into the Senior Manager of Search and will provide support to other teams including marketing managers, launching & optimizing various campaigns on their behalf.
You Possess:
- 2+ years of experience in paid search media marketing
- Strong direct response experience (set up, tracking, execution, optimization, and reporting)
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Basic financial acumen & understanding of calculating risk/return on business decisions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets & relevant media math
- Ability to connect dots and foresee implications
- Project management skills to see projects to completion seamlessly
- Adaptability, and strong EQ
- Ability to navigate in the gray
Nice to Have
- Deep experience or knowledge of one or more non-Search digital channels
- Google Analytics experience
- DoubleClick / DV360 Experience
- Knowledge and ability to build own data reports
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Exposure to the legal industry or technology usage in law firms

Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
