We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to help steer the Morgan social mothership to untold heights. A social native with deep industry experience, creative wisdom & disruptive ideas with a track record of executing creatively & building brands on social media.

As Senior Social Media Manager you’ll be a wearer of many hats. Part strategist - developing insights-driven content strategies designed to delight & entertain. Part creator - working with teams of creatives to bring your vision to life. Part analyst - reporting on social performance & key business metrics. And part leader - managing a growing team of social media associates, content creators & community managers.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Social Media and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to amplify our brand and connect with our community.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & direct implementation of content strategy for all Morgan & Morgan organic social channels
- Oversee all content creation for organic social by working closely with our in-house production and creative team
- Be responsible for account growth and community engagement across social channels
- Be on top of trends in the social community and ensure Morgan & Morgan remains relevant with engaging and entertaining content
- Manage a team of social media associates, content creators and community managers to deliver the best social experience
- Work directly with our in-house creative team for creative ideation, content development, video editing, video shoots, etc.
- Develop social guidelines based on creative direction and internal ethics considerations.
- Report regularly to senior management on social performance
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Social Media Management experience for a mainstream brand or agency experience
- Experience crafting social content strategies across primary social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Twitter)
- Experience building social communities for a variety of brand types
- Experience building & managing diverse social teams
- A creative mind with an ability to execute on creative ideas
- Good written and oral communication skills, ability to present concise reports and recommendations
- Excellent planning and organization ability
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Video editing & basic design abilities are a plus
- Ability to occasionally travel for work required

Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 USD
