Summary

We build products and experiences and deliver projects for Morgan & Morgan’s clients, employees, and partners. From tools that make it easier for clients to start their cases to projects streamlining legal staff’s workflow, we do it all.
We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our IT Programs & Strategy team who can also lead independent projects with significant scope and impact supporting several different areas of the business. This is an in-office position, preferably Orlando.
Responsibilities
A Product Owner’s duties are to define the vision and roadmap of the product line and lead a team to ensure successful execution. You will be responsible for delivery of key product initiatives, determining capacity of the team and balancing workloads, and setting the metrics for success. You will also be responsible for working as a Project Manager for independent projects working closely with various teams to deliver projects, meeting the scope, and timeline as well as coordination of all deliverables and communication across the firm.
This role requires someone who can communicate complicated solutions clearly, simplify problems into action steps, and lead teams with charisma and grace. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following:
- Defining the vision for your product and successfully communicating it to senior leadership and
- Developing the roadmap for your product and defending it
- Leading a team and managing their project pipeline
- Delivering products and features efficiently and executing your vision
- Measuring the success of the product clearly and iterating quickly and effectively
- Develop, manage, and deliver IT projects from beginning to end
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or project management
- Jira experience (or similar) - Comfortable with working in a Jira/Agile environment
- Experience with the management of Salesforce, Microsoft/M365 products or voice services with a focus on product features/functionality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plus
- Experience managing a team of direct reports
- Scrum/Agile certifications a plus
- PMP certification a plus
