In this role, you’ll be part of a growing team focused on client satisfaction and online reputation management across over 100 Morgan & Morgan office locations. Role Overview
The Review Integrity Specialist plays a critical role in helping protect and enhance our online reputation by monitoring, identifying, and assisting in the removal of harmful, fake, or policy-violating reviews across key platforms like Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
This is a junior role best suited for someone detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of initiative and a basic understanding of online reviews, digital platforms, and client satisfaction. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Brand Reputation, Client Satisfaction, and Web Marketing teams.
Compensation: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 DOE + Full Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor online reviews across all firm locations on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook
- Identify and flag spam, fake, or policy-violating reviews in line with platform-specific guidelines
- Assist in preparing reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and risk areas
- Escalate sensitive or urgent issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders
- Support the review acquisition process by coordinating with intake and client satisfaction teams
- Maintain detailed records of flagged reviews, removals, and communication status
- Contribute to the refinement of internal playbooks and review-response SOPs
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in online reputation management, client services, marketing, or digital operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook, or Trustpilot
- Comfort navigating tools like spreadsheets, task management software, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A curious and collaborative mindset with a drive to learn
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience using review monitoring software (e.g. ReviewTrackers, Podium, Yext)
- Exposure to customer service, digital marketing, or legal services environments
- Understanding of Google review policies and Yelp’s content guidelines
