Summary
The “Premier Account Coordinator” is a dedicated support role responsible for managing a single high-value referral partner account to ensure seamless case management and partner satisfaction. This position handles case conversion, partner communication, fee payments, and compliance for one premier account, contributing to the firm’s referral partnership strategy. The Coordinator works closely with the Sr. Director and other team members to maintain operational efficiency and foster a strong, trusted relationship with the premier partner, balancing firm goals (e.g., revenue) with partner goals (e.g., reliability).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the conversion of referrals from the premier account into signed cases, ensuring timely intake and CRM updates (e.g., Salesforce).
- Respond to all partner requests promptly, acting as the primary point of contact to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Process and update referral fee payments for the account, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements and regulations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for the account’s referrals, case statuses, and interactions to support firm reporting and partner transparency.
- Escalate complex issues (e.g., compliance concerns, payment disputes) to the Sr. Director for resolution, supporting premier account goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in administrative, account management, or client service roles, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supporting partnerships.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually.
