At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. Summary
Our Medical Malpractice Operations Team is growing! We're looking to bring on an Enablement Manager who will assist in case operations within our growing MedMal department by owning much of the administrative and operational work required to move new matters efficiently from intake through Pre Suit. A successful candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable acting as the connective tissue across teams, systems, and regions.
This role will be onsite in the Winter Park office located 1560 N Orange Ave Suite 300

- Act as the primary facilitator of information and task completion in pre-litigation, ensuring files are complete, accurate, and compliant within our case management system
- Monitor case files for required documentation, deadlines, and status changes, and proactively follow up to prevent bottlenecks
- Handle client communications related to case status during Investigation and Pre-Suit, escalating substantive legal issues as needed
- Enforce operational standards and workflows for new cases, ensuring consistency across regions and teams
- Track and manage outstanding requests across departments such as Records, Intake, Learning and Development, and I.T. to unblock stalled files
- Audit case files to confirm timely task completion and adherence to required metrics and milestones
- Support leadership by maintaining real-time visibility into case progression through dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Identify recurring breakdowns in the new-case process and surface opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with onboarding and training of case staff by reinforcing Investigation and Pre-Suit workflows and best practices
- Contribute to the development and execution of shared standards, templates, and playbooks for early-stage MedMal cases
- Build strong working relationships with attorneys and case staff across regions, serving as a reliable operational partner
