Marketing Operations Manager
At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.
Morgan & Morgan — the nation’s largest injury law firm, working for the people, not the powerful — is seeking a proactive and highly resourceful team member to join our marketing department. This role requires a unique balance of campaign execution, operational workflow management, and cross-functional coordination. Acting as a vital extension of the Marketing Director, you will serve as the operational glue between our creative, media, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of executional tasks, data reporting, and daily ticketing to drive impactful results and keep our campaigns moving flawlessly from concept to go-to-market.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Operations: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with organizational goals. Own the daily ticketing queue, field internal team requests, and build, document, and improve processes.
- Workflow Pacing: Work with the design, multimedia and social teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are being met from concept to go to market. Keep personnel on time by assisting with meeting planning, note taking, and sending post-meeting follow-ups.
- Copywriting Execution: Drive hands-on execution by drafting direct-response copywriting for multi-channel campaigns, including Meta ads, email campaigns, and UGC scripts to keep the creative pipeline unblocked.
- Media Monitoring & Support: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Assist the paid media team by keeping a vigilant eye on daily pacing, flagging over/under spend issues, and executing minor ad-hoc adjustments such as budget and location targeting updates.
- Data Pulling & Reporting: Act as support with online marketing projects, campaign design, execution, measurement, and reporting. Take ownership of routine data pulling, simplifying tracking information, and gathering insights to assist with the assembly of weekly and monthly reporting decks.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of working experience, preferably a mix of internships, in-house, or in-agency.
- Demonstrated ability to write direct-response copy for digital, social media, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, collaboration tools and workflow management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances and act independently.
- Highly resourceful with noteworthy problem-solving skills; must be comfortable independently researching and troubleshooting issues before escalating them.
