Morgan & Morgan is Seeking Employment Attorneys: Have You Ever Wondered What It Would Be Like to Represent the Employee Instead?
- The employee who spoke up about wrongdoing and lost their job.
- The workers endured harassment because they feared retaliation.
- The executive who reported misconduct only to find themselves pushed out.
- The individual whose career was altered by a decision they knew was unfair but didn't know how to challenge.
- Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigation
- Depending on experience, ranges from handling pre-suit responsibilities to performing senior attorney duties once the claim files suit
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
- Guide clients through the case process
- Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
- An active member in good standing of the bar of the state in which based/to which applying
- Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

Salary Range
$85,000 - $500,000 USD
