Business hours: M-F, 8a-5p (remote option not available)
Location: Join us in any one of our of our office locations within our Montana, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington region (relocation assistance may be available)

THE ROLE

As our Engineering Recruiter, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across multiple civil engineering and professional disciplines to help shape the future workforce for a regionally known, respected, and employee-owned civil engineering firm. You'll partner with leaders across multiple disciplines to identify, attract, and hire the engineers, scientists, and professionals who fuel our firm's continued growth across the Northwest. These responsibilities include:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.
  • Source, engage, and attract top engineering and professional talent through active and passive recruiting methods.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through professional networks, universities, industry organizations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship-building.
  • Promote Morrison-Maierle's employer brand and employee ownership culture across recruiting channels and communities.
  • Collaborate with leaders to make informed hiring decisions that strengthen teams and support long-term organizational goals.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.

  • $70,000-$95,000 (Compensation for this role is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location)

YOUR STRENGTHS

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record of placing key talent within the AEC industry.
  • Understanding of recruitment methods to attract and place talent.
  • Experienced with passive candidate searches.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exercises sound judgment to assess candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
