POSITION:  Content Manager, Sales Enablement   

ORGANIZATION: Mosaic Service Partners  

LOCATION: Washington DC metro, hybrid schedule in office 3 days a week 

25-30% travel expected.  

COMPENSATION: Base $85K-$110K plus bonus.

Mosaic’s HQ team provides foundational support — in talent, HR, finance, sales, marketing, and operations — that makes each brand partner stronger and more efficient, while empowering local leaders to run their businesses. This is year one of something big, and every role is mission-critical. 

Opportunity Overview:  

This is a newly created, high-impact role at the center of Mosaic’s commercial engine. As the Content Manager for Sales Enablement, you will own the creation and management of content that helps Mosaic’s sales teams sell more effectively — from pitch decks and one-pagers to video, podcasts, and training materials. You’ll report to the Director of Sales Enablement and serve as the content backbone that makes every seller across the portfolio more confident, more consistent, and more effective. 

  

This is not a social media or brand awareness role. It’s a content role for someone who understands what salespeople actually need to win — and who can produce it across formats. You’ll have real ownership of the content library, real collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership, and a direct line of sight to revenue. 

Key Responsibilities 

▶  Sales Enablement Content Creation 

  1. Own the creation of core sales enablement content: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handling guides, case studies, and proposal templates 
  1. Produce video content for sales training, product/service explainers, and brand partner introductions — scripting, coordinating production, and managing final delivery 
  1. Develop and manage a podcast or audio series aimed at equipping sellers with market knowledge, customer insights, and competitive context 
  1. Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand what content is needed at each stage of the sales cycle and build it proactively 

▶  Content Library & Asset Management 

  1. Build and maintain a centralized, organized content library that sales reps can access and use independently 
  1. Establish tagging, versioning, and governance standards so content stays current and on-brand across a growing portfolio 
  1. Audit existing sales materials across brand partners and consolidate, update, or retire content as needed post-acquisition 
  1. Manage relationships with freelance writers, videographers, designers, and other production vendors; own briefs, timelines, and quality 

▶  Written Collateral & Brand Partner Support 

  1. Write and produce sales collateral — one-pagers, service overviews, and customer-facing leave-behinds 
  1. Support new brand partner onboarding by developing a standard content package that accelerates their sales readiness from day one 
  1. Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on brand consistency across all sales-facing materials 

▶  Video & Multimedia Production 

  1. Own end-to-end production of sales enablement video: scripting, shoot coordination, editing oversight, and final delivery 
  1. Develop short-form explainer videos, testimonial content, and sales training modules that reps can watch and apply quickly 
  1. Manage podcast production logistics including guest scheduling, recording, editing, and distribution 
  1. Stay current on video and audio trends relevant to B2B and home services sales; bring new format ideas to the team proactively 

▶  Content Strategy & Performance 

  1. Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement leadership to define a content roadmap tied to pipeline goals and sales cycle stages 
  1. Track content usage and gather feedback from sales reps to understand what’s working and what needs to be built or improved 
  1. Report on content production output and library health; flag gaps and prioritize accordingly 

▶  Sales Training Content  

  1. Develop structured onboarding content for new sales hires — modules, guides, and video walkthroughs that ramp reps faster 
  1. Partner with the Director of Sales Enablement and Sales leadership to identify training content gaps and fill them 

 

What We're Looking For: 

  1. 6+ years of content creation experience, with a meaningful portion focused on sales enablement or B2B content 
  1. Demonstrated experience producing content across multiple formats: written, video, and audio/podcast 
  1. Strong writing skills — you can write a crisp one-pager, a compelling case study, and a sharp sales script 
  1. Experience working directly with or embedded in a sales team strongly preferred 
  1. Multi-brand or multi-location content experience is a significant plus 
  1. Bachelor’s degree required

  1. Deep content craft — you produce work that is clear, compelling, and built for how salespeople actually sell 
  1. Multi-format fluency — equally comfortable scripting a video, laying out a one-pager, and recording a podcast episode 
  1. Strong collaborator who can translate what Sales needs into content that actually gets used — not just produced 
  1. Highly autonomous — comfortable managing a production calendar and multiple deliverables without close supervision 
  1. Builds for scale — creates templates, systems, and libraries that grow more valuable as the portfolio expands 
  1. Calm under pressure; manages competing deadlines and last-minute sales requests without losing quality or focus 
  1. High Velocity – knows that we need to move fast and that while perfection is nice, that’s not where we are today

Compensation and Benefits 

  • Mosaic offers a highly competitive benefits package. 
  • Base $85K-$110K (depending on experience) plus bonus. 
  • Bonus is a mix of company and personal performance based on specific metrics outlined by the leadership team and your team lead
