Financial Coordinator

Summary of Position:
The Financial Coordinator role will support the business by handling cash flow, working with reconciliation of accounts, financial statements and day to day transactions.
Essential Job Function:
- Work with doctors and patients to coordinate options available to them for financing
- Coordinate information for tax compliance
- Review credit balance reports
- Strive to maintain low account delinquency
- Prepare reports relating to KPIs for the organization and be prepared to present findings.
- Identify risk factors and handle credit statement reconciliation
- Collaborate with doctors and practice leadership team on business goals and strategies set forth by the company and review financial performance
- Prepare presentations for the office when needed for meetings to go over financial status, details, plans etc.
- Drive results and strive to consistently achieve results and goals set forth by management
- Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of best practices in the industry as it relates to financial compliance and strategy
- Experience working with financial accounts, statements, reporting and credit analysis
- Excellent customer service experience
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Compassion and high level of service for our patients, parents, and staff
- Integrity, always doing the right thing
- Dependable, reliable to be at work when scheduled
- Attention to detail
- Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
- Professional manner and appearance at all times
- Computer skills: Microsoft office and Web Browser
- Telephone skills: Proper telephone etiquette and information gathering skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Required
- 1-3 Years Relative Experience
