What You’ll Accomplish
- Using our digital asset management (DAM) system, organize, and keyword metadata of Museum photography to be added to an ever-growing asset library for both internal and external use.
- Collate, catalog, and tag a wide variety of photography and design assets from various Museum events, exhibits, programs and more, ensuring that the Museum’s brand guidelines, photo quality, style, and tone are maintained.
- Contribute to graphic design team with the resize and retouch of creative assets which ensures efficiency and workflow of brand content.
- Working with project management, design and web teams, be a contributing member of the Integrated Marketing Communications team, which strives for excellence in output and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Creativity/Innovation: Strong interest in library science and the use of systems to store, organize and manage digital resources within the lens of creative marketing. Able to keep the DAM library up-to-date and evolving with the needs of the organization in order to improve the user experience.
- Technical Chops: Proficiency (or familiarity) with digital asset management (DAM) software such as Acquia, Canto, Bynder, or similar. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for retouching and editing of creative assets.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently or as a part of a highly collaborative and client-facing team. Comfort taking and receiving feedback on a regular basis to ensure digital assets are accessible and easy to use.
- Flexibility/Adaptability: As a part of a very high-volume, high-quality operation, must be able to organize and maintain a comprehensive metadata library framework. Creative problem solving and a generous attitude are necessary in this role.

- Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite
- Max 28 hours per week, $15/25 an hour
