THE ROLE

We’re looking for self-starters, makers, doers, and creative visionaries to dream up disruptive and groundbreaking marketing.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with culture, design, and insights, with a passion for making B2B brands stand out on social. You know that business audiences are people first, and you’re excited to turn complex products, services, and industry conversations into creative that’s engaging, unexpected, and easy to understand.

This person has experience developing concepts and executing visual creative for B2B brands at a creative agency. You’ll partner with copywriters, strategists, and content creators to bring ideas to life across organic brand channels, social campaigns, video, and more. You bring strong design craft, a fresh perspective, and the ability to make work that feels native to each platform while working at the speed of social.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ideate, concept, and art direct thumb-stopping content and campaigns for B2B clients, working alongside your creative, strategy, and account teams.
  • Translate complex business offerings and audience insights into clear, compelling visual ideas that build brand awareness and spark engagement.
  • Develop concepts, mood boards, storyboards, layouts, and presentation materials that bring creative ideas to life.
  • Create and evolve visual approaches for always-on social content, balancing brand consistency with opportunities to push the creative.
  • Find fresh ways for B2B brands to show up on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms through relevant storytelling and platform-native creative.
  • Partner with copywriters to ensure visuals and messaging work together to deliver a strong, cohesive idea.
  • Collaborate with designers, creators, editors, and production partners, providing clear direction on design, photography, video, and motion.
  • Present creative ideas to internal teams and clients, explaining how the work connects to the brief, audience, and platform.
  • Take projects from concept through delivery, incorporating feedback and maintaining craft across multiple assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in art direction or a combination of design and art direction at creative advertising agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content and campaigns for B2B brands, with relevant work in your portfolio.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across social and digital channels.
  • Experience translating complex products, services, or technical subjects into accessible, engaging creative.
  • Strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, and layout, with an eye for photography, video, and motion.
  • Understanding of social storytelling formats and how creative should adapt across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience taking projects from concept through delivery and collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and production teams.
  • Confidence presenting creative decisions and responding thoughtfully to feedback.
  • Can work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and bring curiosity and initiative to a fast-moving team.
