Role Overview

As a Senior Web Engineer at Moxxi, you will lead the development, optimization, and evolution of our consumer-facing websites and the front-end foundations that power them. You’ll own the frameworks, reusable blocks, and experience layers that drive consistency, speed, and elevated quality across our digital properties.

This role goes beyond front-end implementation; you will help shape and extend Moxxi’s proprietary CMS (and forthcoming Ad Server), building the systems and tooling that enable our teams to launch compelling, performant experiences at scale. You will also leverage AI-driven workflows to accelerate design-to-code translation, improve developer velocity, and introduce AI-powered capabilities into our consumer experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, experience design, and innovation, and who wants to drive meaningful impact across fast-moving consumer products.

What You’ll Do

Front-End Development

  • Build, maintain, and enhance responsive web experiences across mobile and desktop.
  • Develop reusable components, frameworks, and patterns that improve consistency and accelerate website creation.
  • Implement animations, micro-interactions, and interactive features that create high-quality, engaging user experiences.

CMS Development & Management

  • Leverage and help shape Moxxi’s proprietary CMS and Ad Server, partnering with engineering to influence its roadmap and capabilities.
  • Build repeatable modules, templates, and tools that reduce development time and empower cross-functional teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the CMS to drive efficiency and scalability.

Collaborative Design Execution

  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready front-end implementations.
  • Partner with design to evolve design systems, visual patterns, and experience standards.
  • Contribute creative ideas for interactivity and visual improvements across our properties.

AI-Driven Development & Experience Innovation

  • Use AI tools to streamline development workflows, including code generation, layout automation, and prototyping.
  • Integrate AI-driven personalization, content generation, and dynamic experiences directly into consumer-facing sites.
  • Help establish AI-first workflows across engineering and CMS development.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work closely with product, design, operations, and analytics teams to launch new experiences and advertising initiatives.
  • Participate in experimentation and optimization efforts, proposing and implementing improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and ensure reliability and performance across all consumer-facing experiences.

Continuous Improvement

  • Advocate for best practices in front-end engineering, performance optimization, and accessibility.
  • Improve developer workflows, front-end tooling, and internal documentation.
  • Contribute to a culture of iterative improvement, experimentation, and strong user-centric decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, especially for consumer-facing products.
  • Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte.
  • Strong track record building scalable component libraries, reusable design systems, or internal frameworks.
  • Comfortable translating design files into polished, production-ready code with high visual accuracy.
  • Experience with animations, transitions, and interactive elements (CSS, GSAP, canvas, etc.).
  • Prior experience working with CMS platforms, including building templates or tools for non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising implementation (AdSense, header bidding) is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools for engineering workflows (code generation, UI generation, prototyping).
  • Enthusiasm for incorporating AI into web experiences and internal development tooling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Product-oriented thinking with an appreciation for user experience and business outcomes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
