What you’ll do:
Program Development & Improvement:
- Develop and implement Trust & Safety programs that promote platform integrity by reducing harmful experiences for our users.
- Translate business risks into actionable safety initiatives that mitigate harm without compromising user experience or innovation.

- Collaborate with Data teams to define and deliver dashboards and reports for critical operational metrics.
- Monitor program performance, extract actionable insights, and communicate trends.
- Drive data-informed decision-making and program improvements.
Operational leadership:
- Manage key programs and initiatives, ensuring a strong focus on end-to-end operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in T&S policies, procedures, and systems.
- Implement scalable crisis response protocols to mitigate immediate risks.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or Integrity operations.
- Strong understanding of online safety issues such as data privacy, misinformation, and fraud.
- Familiarity with content moderation ecosystems, including policy implementation standards and scaled review systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product and engineering), with the ability to influence and partner across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
