About this team and role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help grow Firefox. This role will be focused on leading key initiatives towards improving user engagement on Firefox Desktop and partnering closely with Mozilla product teams to build a cohesive and intuitive user experience.  

What You'll Do:

  • Drive product strategy for Firefox Desktop experience fundamentals, including Profiles. 
  • Align product vision with technical capabilities, articulating design feedback to increase the odds of product success.
  • Define and execute a roadmap for improving the core user experience in Firefox,
  • Seek out and leverage data and user insights and market research to drive impact, identify growth levers, and make informed product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders to ensure goal alignment.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics to measure product performance and course-correct as needed.
  • Contribute to overall Firefox strategy and inform of best practices.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience  as a product manager with a track record for managing front-end product experience.
  • Ability to grasp and navigate complexity, breaking down complex problems, aligning teams around clear priorities. 
  • Proven experience closely collaborating with UX and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle. Able to effectively engage with cross functional partners and leadership.
  • Track record of using data to set goals and measure progress
  • Learn new and complex topics and systems quickly while leading a team.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and operating with minimal direction, and a desire to learn and develop.
