
Marketing Analytics Manager
Marqeta is seeking a proactive and curious problem-solver to lead the marketing analytics function for our dynamic team. As our Marketing Analytics Manager, you will develop and execute advanced analytics strategies that drive the strategy and optimization of our marketing initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success in driving significant business results through analytics.
Within the first month, you will dig into existing reporting and models to gain a strong understanding of areas to impact the business first. Initial projects will involve developing forecasting models, refining multi-touch attribution tracking, and enhancing audience segmentation.
We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States or from our Oakland, Ca office. We’d love for you to join us!
The Impact You'll Have
- Data Strategy & Reporting: Develop and maintain forecasting models, multi-touch attribution frameworks, and customer segmentation strategies to guide marketing decisions.
- Dashboard Management: Build, maintain, and optimize self-serve dashboards, empowering marketing and GTM teams to access actionable insights independently.
- Team Enablement: Train and mentor the marketing team in leveraging data tools and insights to maximize their impact.
- Measurement & Testing: Design and execute measurement frameworks and A/B testing initiatives to evaluate marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Quality & Collaboration: Drive initiatives to enhance data quality and collection processes in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure accurate and reliable analysis.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of related B2B revenue experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years and a Master’s degree
- Experience in marketing measurement, segmentation, funnel optimization, and predictive modeling
- Expert SQL skills, familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc), advanced data warehousing and modeling skills
- Strong understanding of common analytics platforms (GA4, performance marketing platforms, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Compensation and Benefits
Marqeta is a Flex First company which allows you to choose your best working environment, whether that be from home or at a company office. To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:
- National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.
- Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
- Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position is:
- National: $135,400 - $169,300
- Premium: $146,600 - $183,300
- Premium Plus: $159,400 - $199,200
