
Senior Systems Engineer, Endpoint Device Management
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer with a strong focus on endpoint device management. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's endpoint devices and software including laptops and mobile devices. This includes managing endpoint security, deploying software, and ensuring devices are compliant with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Apple, Jamf, PC and Workspace configurations, Okta Workflows, IAM administration, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

The Impact You'll Have
- Manage and maintain device management systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee endpoint management, including the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user devices.
- Develop and implement Okta Workflows, optimizing identity and access management processes.
- Manage and optimize Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), ensuring seamless remote access and high-performance user experience.
- Administer IAM, ensuring secure and efficient access control across all systems.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to automate and manage infrastructure, promoting efficient and reliable system deployments.
- Help administer Apple/Google/Slack/Atlassian tools, managing user access, permissions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance on system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in device and endpoint management.
- Experienced with Apple, Jamf, PC, Workspace One.
- Experienced with Google/Slack/Atlassian administration.
- Experience with Okta Workflows and IAM administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experienced working in Jira for Sprint/Agile/Kanban execution models
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-To-Haves
- Knowledgeable about Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Familiarity with user access, device compliance, standards, remediation.
- Jamf certified.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position, reflected in CAD, is: 107,100 - 133,900.
