Lead Product Manager, Emerging Products

Oakland, CA; Remote, USA

As a Lead Product Manager on the Emerging Products team, you will set the vision and drive the execution for multiple high-impact initiatives across card issuance, payments, and lending in the embedded finance space. This role demands a proven ability to take ownership of complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple product lines and strategic bets.

While this is an individual contributor role, you will be expected to operate as a thought leader, mentor peers, and influence senior stakeholders across the company. You will lead the discovery, design, launch, and scaling of new financial products from concept to market dominance, while shaping the long-term roadmap for our emerging portfolio.

We are looking for a builder who thrives in ambiguous environments, can connect the dots across multiple opportunities, and is relentless in driving measurable business impact. If you are ready to take the reins on the next wave of fintech innovation, let’s talk!

The Emerging Products team is revolutionizing global embedded finance by enabling seamless integration of card issuance, lending, and payments into digital platforms worldwide. We build category-defining products that empower businesses to offer financial services at scale, with speed and flexibility, looking to push the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech.

We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States with a preference of being local to our headquarters in Oakland, CA or New York City Metro area. We’d love for you to join us!

The Impact You'll Have

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of product management experience in fintech, embedded finance, payments, or lending

  • Deep technical acumen with experience leading API-driven product development in partnership with engineering teams

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills—adept at influencing without direct authority across all organizational levels
  • Experience navigating regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks in fintech environments
  • A natural problem solver who thrives in high-ambiguity, high-accountability settings and balances strategic thinking with rapid execution
