Technical Operations Manager - Orchards

The Technical Operations Manager – Orchards is a senior technical role at Mr Apple, responsible for supporting consistent, high-quality orchard performance across all sites. Working closely with the Head of Orchards and Orchard Managers, this role leads best-practice orchard spray systems and spray execution, ensuring programmes are effective, compliant and consistently applied. The role also provides technical leadership across fruit maturity monitoring, harvest readiness, irrigation systems, orchard redevelopment and applied R&D. Practical, hands-on and data-driven, the Technical Operations Manager – Orchards helps translate technical insight into clear operational decisions that support premium fruit quality, strong productivity, and safe, well-run orchards.
