Production Support Coordinator

Join Mr Apple in a production support within Post Harvest and gain diverse, hands-on experience with New Zealand’s leading integrated apple grower. This role starts in January 2026 working full hours till October 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

At Mr Apple we are looking for a proactive team member to support our Sales & Logistics operations. The role involves managing export and local market packing instructions, monitoring customer programs, creating and distributing line diagrams, and assisting Packhouse teams with production and data queries. You will also track inventory, reconcile stock, troubleshoot XML files, update market plans, and provide administrative support and reporting. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure smooth delivery of our apples to both local and global markets.

What you’ll bring:

• Passion – you are keen to learn and explore a career within horticulture
• Completed a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in 2025 in a subject relevant to our horticulture
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working in a team and autonomously
• High attention to detail and eye for quality 
• Own accommodation and transport in Hawke’s Bay
• You have the right to work in New Zealand and are available for the full 12-month contract
