Logistics Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of our Logistics team, you’ll provide essential support to the Logistics & Operations Manager and wider team. While this role is primarily office-based, you’ll occasionally step into the Coolstore to assist the Loadout Team.

This is a permanent position working 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, five days a week, with some weekend work during peak season. Hours range from 30 per week in the off-season to up to 60 per week in peak season.

Your responsibilities include:

• Updating and monitoring finished products in our inventory system (receivals, transfers, movements, treatments, damages)
• Collaborating with Loadout and Operations Teams
• Liaising with the Quality Team and Production Planners to ensure accuracy
• Supporting logistics and administrative activities related to fruit storage and dispatch

What You’ll Bring:

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• 3+ years’ experience in administration or logistics
• Background in warehousing or blue-collar environments preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and a true team player
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand, with background and drug screening
• Willingness to work up to 6 days a week during peak season (not every weekend)
