Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Safety Team as a Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator, building on the strong foundations already in place. This role will continue delivering high‑quality safety and wellbeing support across Mr Apple, contributing to a culture where our people are supported to be safe and well.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the central Safety & Wellbeing function — the engine that helps keep a strong finger on the pulse across the full spectrum of safety activity that stretches across our business. You’ll be partnering closely with all staff and managers to respond and triage incoming queries and events, supporting injury management processes, maintaining accurate reporting, and coordinating safety‑related training, no two days are the same.

You’ll work closely with the wider Safety team, the People & Culture team, and our Safety Steering Group, with strong governance, clear processes, and experienced support around you — setting you up to succeed and grow in the role.
