About the Role

As the Senior Brand Strategist at MrBeast, you are the Lead Storyteller and Commercial Architect behind our partnerships. Sitting at the intersection of Creative, Sales, and Production, you are responsible for turning ambitious ideas into undeniable, data-backed pitches that leverage the full power of our portfolio.

You own the entire narrative arc - from ideation and deck design to budget validation, C-suite presentations, and a clean, profitable handoff to the Activation team. This role blends creative intuition with commercial rigor and is critical to winning and scaling high-impact, multi-platform partnerships.

This role is based in New York, where you’ll work in-office five days per week, or Los Angeles, where you’ll operate in a fully remote environment while maintaining tight, daily collaboration with teams in New York (Product Solutions and Sales) and North Carolina (Activation and Production). Regardless of location, you’ll be expected to operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to stay aligned with headquarters, deal flow, and production timelines.

What You'll Do

Strategic Storytelling & Pitch Design:

    • Lead cross-functional creative brainstorms with Sales, Content, and Creative teams, extracting and refining ideas into sellable concepts
    • Own strategic responses to high-priority RFPs, identifying win themes and ensuring all requirements are met with compliant, compelling solutions
    • Design visually compelling client decks in Google Slides that clearly structure narrative, solution, and timeline
    • Act as the feasibility filter between Sales ambition and Production reality by vetting concepts directly with Content and Production teams
    • Serve as guardian of the MrBeast brand voice, ensuring concepts align with audience expectations, platform trends, and brand safety
    • Apply deep knowledge of YouTube algorithms and TikTok trends to sell cultural moments - not just impressions
    • Expand pitch scope by integrating multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and activating secondary channels to enhance primary campaigns
    • Use AI tools (Gemini Pro, NotebookLM, etc.) to create rapid concept storyboards and visual proofs that help clients instantly envision the final product

Commercial Rigor & Deal Handover:

    • Own the transition from Sale to Production by creating the Sold Sheet - a definitive record of everything sold
    • Ensure deal terms in contracts align precisely with proposed programs
    • Serve as pricing and margin gatekeeper, structuring custom integrations to meet market expectations while adhering to internal margin requirements
    • Communicate strict budget parameters to Brand Activation Leads to protect profitability
    • Architect upsell opportunities directly into initial pitch structures to maximize deal size from day one

Research, Data & Vertical Strategy:

    • Build vertical-specific sales narratives and decks (e.g., CPG, Auto, Tech) using public and proprietary research
    • Maintain working expertise in audience psychographics and performance data across Google Analytics, Nielsen, and Viewstats
    • Go beyond surface-level metrics by mining YouTube data and AI-assisted research to validate selling propositions
    • Partner with Activation Leads on post-campaign retrospectives to extract “Why We Won” insights and convert performance data into future sales leverage

Operational Support & Systems:

    • Support the Director of Product Marketing in maintaining the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for all sales collateral
    • Help standardize pitch decks, deal terms, and sold sheets across the organization
    • Act as a feedback conduit, surfacing client objections, market signals, and product gaps to continuously improve our commercial offering

High-Stakes Client Presentation:

    • Present creative and strategic concepts confidently to C-suite executives
    • Pivot in real time during live presentations, offering viable alternatives without overpromising or breaking production constraints

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years in Strategy or Planning at a top-tier digital publisher, social platform, or creative agency
  • Proven leadership on seven-figure, multi-platform integrated marketing deals (beyond standard media buys)
  • Deep expertise in at least one high-value vertical (CPG, Tech, Auto, or Finance), including the KPIs that matter most to CMOs
  • Experience packaging Intellectual Property (IP), talent, and virality—not just impressions
  • Demonstrated ability to improve pitch win rates and convert cold leads into closed-won deals
  • Deep fluency in the digital advertising ecosystem, including formats, specs, and platform constraints across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Process-oriented mindset with a habit of documentation and standardization
  • Expert proficiency in Google Slides (required)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Monday.com
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Slack, and Boostr
  • Strong data fluency across Google Analytics (required), Nielsen, Viewstats, and YouTube Data APIs
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools (Gemini Pro, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, etc.) to accelerate research, visualization, and workflow automation

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
