About The Role

The Creator Partnerships Manager supports the full lifecycle of creator relationships across Beast Industries’ CPG brands, including Feastables, MrBeast Apparel, MrBeast Labs, and other Beast-owned properties. This role builds and maintains the creator network that makes Beast brands the ones every creator wants to work with, and ensures every partnership delivers measurable impact against strategic goals.

The best version of this role means creators actively want to post about Beast brands because the relationships are strong, the briefs are clear, the products resonate, the team is collaborative, and the brands give them creative room. You’re also the system builder – maintaining a 3,000+ creator database, running gifting programs at scale, managing contracts and logistics, and ensuring every partnership is on budget and ties back to a strategic goal rather than a deliverable count.

The ideal candidate combines relationship-building instincts with operational discipline. They understand the creator economy deeply, can evaluate creator-audience fit with nuance (beyond follower counts), and recognize that different Beast brands require different creator profiles, brief approaches, and partnership structures. Feastables will represent the highest volume of partnerships, but this role must flex across brand categories with distinct audiences and objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify creators aligned with campaign goals, brand voice, and audience targets across Beast-owned brands, evaluating beyond follower counts to assess audience demographics, geographic reach, engagement quality, and brand-fit
  • Conduct outreach, evaluate analytics, and work closely with the Head of Content to finalize creator selection for monthly partnership activations across the portfolio
  • Coordinate with legal and creator management teams on contracts, redlines, usage rights, and compliance requirements for all brands
  • Write detailed creator briefs tailored to each brand’s voice and objectives, including talking points, product highlights, brand guidelines, and creative insights that give creators enough room to be authentic
  • Review creator content for brand alignment, brief compliance, and quality before approval; provide constructive feedback and manage revision cycles
  • Coordinate posting schedules across creators to align with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and each brand’s content calendar
  • Manage large-scale gifting initiatives across brands: concept development, mood boards, manufacturer coordination, quantity forecasting, tiered gifting strategies, creator list curation, fulfillment logistics, and tracking
  • Manage product delivery and shipment coordination through Supply Chain teams for both gifting and paid partnership activations across all brands
  • Build and maintain the creator database (3,000+ contacts) with structured data including audience analytics, content performance history, rates, brand affinity, and contact information
  • Track and report on creator content performance monthly per brand, tying results back to brand KPIs and providing recommendations for future activations
  • Assess and coordinate larger creator events and sponsorships including logistics, deliverables, and ROI evaluation
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team to develop co-creation concepts that serve both creator authenticity and brand strategy across the portfolio

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience managing creator, influencer, or talent partnerships for consumer-facing brands
  • Proven track record of managing 5+ concurrent creator relationships with on-time, on-brief delivery
  • Experience evaluating creator analytics beyond surface metrics (audience demo breakdowns, geographic reach, engagement quality, content style fit)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience tracking multiple concurrent timelines, contracts, and deliverables across brands
  • Deep, demonstrable fluency in internet culture and creator ecosystems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creator-facing contexts (briefs, outreach, feedback)
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating rates for paid creator partnerships

Preferred Skills

  • Experience running large-scale product gifting or seeding programs (500+ creators per drop)
  • Background in the creator economy, entertainment, food/beverage, apparel, or consumer brands
  • Experience with creator management platforms or CRM tools for partnership tracking
  • Familiarity with the MrBeast ecosystem and creator-native content formats
  • Experience coordinating with legal teams on influencer contracts, usage rights, and FTC compliance
  • Understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate and creator commerce programs
  • Experience managing long-term ambassador or partnership programs with recurring deliverables

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
