You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure interviews, offers, and hiring workflows are executed efficiently, professionally, and on time.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Greenville, NC. Team members are expected to work from the office Monday through Friday (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

Interview & Hiring Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, roles, and stakeholders.
  • Manage complex scheduling, rescheduling, and last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure interviewers are prepared with calendars, materials, and logistics.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience from first contact through offer.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates regarding interview steps, timelines, and expectations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in every interaction.

Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track candidate progress and ensure hiring workflows move forward without delays.
  • Support offer letter generation, approvals, and background check initiation as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination in partnership with People Operations.

Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with recruiters to prioritize roles and manage interview volume.
  • Support hiring managers with scheduling, process clarity, and interview readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Ops, and Finance when needed.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to recruiting workflows and tools.
  • Create and maintain templates, checklists, and coordination best practices.
  • Support recruiting projects such as hiring events, pipeline reviews, or system cleanups.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar operations-focused role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume scheduling and competing priorities.
  • Comfort working with applicant tracking systems and calendar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams or time zones.
  • Interest in growing into recruiting, talent operations, or HR roles.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
