Define the next generation of creator-led programming.

Overview

Beast Industries is building a growing direct-to-consumer content business with an expanding portfolio of original programming. As Head of Programming, you'll define the creative vision, programming strategy, and content roadmap that shapes the member experience and drives long-term engagement.

Reporting to the GM and President, Beast Studios, you oversee a portfolio of original programming—from flagship series and recurring formats to creator partnerships and our growing content library. You'll shape what gets made, how our slate evolves, and how programming drives long-term member engagement.

This is a senior creative leadership role for someone who has successfully built and managed programming across digital platforms, streaming services, studios, or premium entertainment brands. Working closely with Production, Talent, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and executive leadership, you'll guide programming from concept through launch while continually evolving the slate through audience insights, creative vision, and business priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Define the programming vision and long-term content strategy across our growing portfolio of original content.
  • Build and manage a diversified slate of original programming across multiple formats and genres.
  • Identify new series, recurring formats, creator partnerships, and programming opportunities that strengthen the platform.
  • Oversee creative development from concept through greenlight, ensuring ideas align with audience needs and business goals.
  • Partner with Production to successfully launch programming while maintaining creative quality and execution standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Audience, and executive leadership to inform programming decisions through audience insights and performance data.
  • Develop programming roadmaps that balance flagship launches, recurring series, evergreen content, and library strategy.
  • Build relationships with creators, production partners, agencies, and industry talent to expand programming opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate content performance and evolve the slate based on audience behavior, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing programming organization as the platform grows.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience leading programming, creative development, or original content strategy for a digital platform, streaming service, studio, media company, or creator business.
  • A track record of overseeing multiple productions or programming initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience developing unscripted, entertainment, or creator-led content from concept through launch.
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to identify formats, talent, and ideas that resonate with audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with production, product, marketing, analytics, and executive stakeholders.
  • A data-informed approach to creative decision-making, using audience insights to guide programming strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a creative vision.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments where priorities shift and new opportunities emerge.
  • Passion for digital entertainment, creator culture, and building category-defining programming.

The annual base salary range for this role is $170,000–$230,000, in addition to eligibility for an annual bonus, an equity grant under the company's employee equity plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Equity awards are granted in good faith and are subject to the terms of the applicable equity plan, company policies, Board approval, and individual eligibility.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
