Turn strategic partnerships into marketing programs that accelerate the next generation of Beast Industries businesses.

Beast Industries is building a new telecommunications and mobile business designed for the next generation of consumers. The VP, Director of Mobile Marketing will lead the day-to-day marketing operations, go-to-market execution, and subscriber-growth programs supporting that business.

Reporting to the Head of Viral Marketing, this role will translate established business, brand, and viral marketing strategies into detailed execution plans across customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retail, CRM, partner channels, and subscriber communications.

This is a focused operating role dedicated to the telecommunications and mobile category. It is not responsible for setting the broader viral marketing vision for Beast Industries, leading the marketing strategy for other Beast businesses, or developing the company’s flagship creative platforms.

Success requires deep telecommunications or subscription-marketing expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate complex programs across internal teams and external partners.

The Role

The VP, Director of Mobile Marketing will serve as the senior operational marketing leader for Beast Industries’ telecommunications and mobile business.

The role will be responsible for converting approved strategies and creative platforms into executable go-to-market programs that drive subscriber acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and household growth.

The ideal candidate combines telecommunications or subscription-marketing experience with strong capabilities in product commercialization, lifecycle marketing, retail activation, CRM, performance measurement, and cross-functional program management.

This leader should be highly effective at managing complex execution, establishing clear operating rhythms, and ensuring that marketing commitments are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

Mobile Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for the Beast Industries telecommunications and mobile business.
  • Translate approved business, brand, and viral marketing strategies into detailed launch plans, workstreams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate marketing execution for mobile plans, pricing changes, promotional offers, service features, device programs, upgrades, trade-ins, and customer benefits.
  • Develop clear customer-facing communications explaining plan value, pricing, switching processes, service features, and member benefits.
  • Ensure that all launches are supported by appropriate operational, retail, CRM, customer-service, legal, and partner readiness.

Subscriber Acquisition

  • Develop and execute customer-acquisition programs within the approved mobile marketing strategy.
  • Manage conversion initiatives across digital, retail, affiliate, referral, CRM, paid media, and partner channels.
  • Partner with analytics and finance teams to monitor acquisition performance and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Identify friction within the customer journey and recommend improvements to enrollment, activation, and onboarding.
  • Optimize approved campaigns and offers based on performance data and customer behavior.

Lifecycle and Retention Marketing

  • Own the operational development of customer onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, win-back, and referral communications.
  • Build CRM journeys across email, SMS, app, web, and other owned customer channels.
  • Partner with product and customer-experience teams to improve activation, engagement, and long-term customer value.
  • Develop programs that reduce preventable churn and increase plan participation.
  • Manage the lifecycle calendar and ensure that communications are coordinated across customer touchpoints.

Household and Referral Growth

  • Execute approved referral, family-plan, household-expansion, and member-get-member programs.
  • Manage incentive structures, customer communications, operational requirements, and campaign timelines.
  • Monitor referral participation, household conversion, and related subscriber-growth metrics.
  • Recommend optimizations based on program performance without altering the underlying strategic or creative platform.
  • Coordinate with product, legal, finance, and customer operations to ensure offers are executable and compliant.

Retail and Distribution Marketing

  • Lead day-to-day coordination of retail and distribution marketing for the mobile business.
  • Develop retail toolkits, merchandising requirements, sales materials, employee communications, and launch-readiness plans.
  • Coordinate with telecommunications partners and retail teams to ensure accurate execution across participating locations.
  • Support seasonal retail events, device launches, promotional periods, and customer-conversion initiatives.
  • Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to improve customer education and conversion.

Partner Marketing Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day mobile marketing workstreams with the designated telecommunications partner.
  • Convert approved partnership commitments into detailed marketing calendars, deliverable trackers, approval processes, and launch plans.
  • Maintain visibility into contractual marketing obligations, deadlines, dependencies, and partner requirements.
  • Prepare materials and reporting for senior partner reviews led by the Head of Viral Marketing and other Beast Industries executives.
  • Escalate strategic, commercial, creative, or relationship issues to the Head of Viral Marketing.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with partner marketing, retail, product, legal, analytics, and operations teams.

Campaign Implementation

  • Operationalize approved creative and viral marketing platforms across mobile customer touchpoints.
  • Develop execution briefs for agencies, production partners, media teams, CRM teams, retail teams, and other functional partners.
  • Manage asset requirements, production schedules, partner approvals, trafficking, localization, and launch readiness.
  • Ensure that all campaign materials align with the approved strategy, creative direction, and Beast Industries brand standards.
  • Coordinate campaign implementation without assuming ownership of enterprise creative strategy or platform development.

Measurement and Optimization

  • Establish reporting for subscriber acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, churn, referrals, household growth, CRM engagement, retail performance, and campaign efficiency.
  • Partner with analytics and finance teams to develop accurate performance dashboards.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Head of Viral Marketing and relevant business leaders.
  • Identify executional improvements and make recommendations grounded in customer and performance data.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and incorporate learnings into future mobile marketing programs.

Operating Leadership

  • Establish disciplined operating rhythms across mobile marketing workstreams.
  • Maintain integrated calendars, project plans, decision logs, approval trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Clarify ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and escalation paths across internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify executional risks early and coordinate solutions with the appropriate functional owners.
  • Build repeatable processes that allow the mobile business to manage multiple campaigns, offers, and launches efficiently.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a focused team supporting mobile go-to-market execution, lifecycle marketing, retail coordination, and marketing operations.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, goals, and performance expectations.
  • Develop team capabilities in telecommunications marketing, subscription growth, CRM, retail execution, and program management.
  • Maintain close alignment with the Head of Viral Marketing and operate within the strategic and creative direction established by that office.

What You'll Bring

  • 10–12 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Significant experience in telecommunications, wireless, mobile, subscription services, or an adjacent category.
  • Strong background in mobile go-to-market execution, subscriber marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, retail marketing, or growth operations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting customer acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and household-growth programs.
  • Experience coordinating marketing programs with telecommunications carriers, retailers, distribution partners, or large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of mobile-plan economics, switching behavior, device programs, promotional offers, customer onboarding, and churn.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving product, retail, customer service, analytics, finance, legal, operations, and external partners.
  • Strong operational and program-management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate approved strategies into detailed, executable plans.
  • Experience managing agencies, production partners, CRM teams, media teams, and other external resources.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Demonstrated comfort working with performance data and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience with creator-led brands or entertainment businesses is helpful but not required.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
