About the Role

As the Account Manager - Financial Services at MrBeast, you are the operational anchor and commercial project manager for our financial services partners. In this role, you bridge pre-sale research and proposal development with end-to-end post-sale execution.

Your daily focus will lean heavily into post-sale campaign operations. Financial partnerships require rigorous attention to detail, spanning cash and card prize fulfillment, banking compliance, financial literacy claims, app onboarding mechanics, and precise card visual positioning on set. You will keep these impactful campaigns organized, compliant, and flawlessly delivered across all stages of creation.

This role is based in Greenville, North Carolina, working in-office five days per week in close alignment with our creative teams, with New York City also considered. Regardless of location, you will operate primarily on Eastern Standard Time (EST) with flexibility for key filming schedules, ensuring seamless collaboration across headquarters, deal flow, and campaign timelines.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Lead simultaneous campaign deliverables from contract execution through wrap reporting, ensuring seamless, on-time execution.
  • Legal & Compliance Oversight: Serve as the primary liaison for internal and client legal/compliance teams, ensuring all disclosures, interest rates, terms, banking disclaimers, and feature claims are accurate and compliant across all assets and video edits.
  • Prizing & Monetary Logistics: Oversee physical and digital prize fulfillment (cash, card balances, rewards), ensuring compliant disbursement and auditing.
  • On-Set Operations & Readiness: Serve as the primary liaison for visiting client executives. Ensure all assets (physical cards, payment props, digital demo environments) are fully operational and set-ready, while proactively adapting messaging and visual guidelines during live production pivots.
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting: Aggregate acquisition metrics, app conversions, and engagement data from platform APIs into executive wrap presentations, using AI to automate reporting and administrative workflows.
  • CRM & Database Hygiene: Maintain clean pipeline, account, and asset records across CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, Boostr) to ensure archives are audit-ready.
  • Research & Pitch Development: Conduct market research on fintech/banking trends to brief Sales Leadership and build commercial pitch decks that translate product features into compelling visual content moments.
  • Fintech & Financial Research: Gather research, competitive analysis, and market research on youth banking trends, digital payment adoption, consumer hardware/software launch cycles, and rival tech ecosystems to brief Sales Leadership.
  • Pitch Presentation Building: Build polished, commercial pitch and strategic proposal decks in Google Slides that translate fintech app features, payment tools, and technical product capabilities into visual content moments and digestible narrative integrations.
  • Asset Management: Organize fintech case studies, consumer tech case studies, financial compliance templates, performance metrics, and conversion benchmarks into a centralized asset library.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, production operations, or media campaign execution, with experience managing fintech, banking, or financial service accounts preferred.
  • Financial & Compliance Acumen: Understanding of financial service messaging, card network guidelines, cash and prize distribution logistics, and regulatory disclaimers.
  • Operational Rigor: Demonstrated success managing 50+ campaign deliverables concurrently in fast-moving environments using CRM System.
  • Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Google Slides, with working knowledge of Boostr, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
  • Operating Expectations: In-office five days per week in Greenville, NC preferred, or NYC virtual with EST alignment; flexibility for key weekend shoot dates; valid U.S. driver’s license.

The target total compensation includes a fixed annual salary of $110,000 – $148,000, an employee equity plan grant, an annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
