Lead One of Our Most Strategic Global Partnerships

MrBeast is building one of the most powerful consumer and services ecosystems in the world, spanning media, consumer products, financial services, telecom, loyalty, and brand partnerships.

As the Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Telecommunications at MrBeast, you will own one of our largest and most strategic global partnerships. Acting as the executive leader and trusted advisor for a single marquee client, you will orchestrate the successful execution and long-term evolution of the relationship across the entire MrBeast ecosystem.

This role is designed for a commercially minded strategist who combines the structured thinking of a top-tier consultant, the executive presence of a Fortune 500 relationship leader, and the creativity required to unlock breakthrough partnerships. Rather than focusing primarily on new business development, you will maximize the value of one of MrBeast’s most important strategic relationships through exceptional execution, strategic counsel, and thoughtful expansion.

About the Role

You will serve as the executive owner and general manager of one of MrBeast’s most strategic global partnerships. You will be singularly accountable for the health, growth, strategic direction, executive relationships, and commercial success associated with your account, developing a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry, and long-term priorities.

You are expected to know your client’s business and industry as well as they do. By combining deep industry expertise with a comprehensive understanding of the MrBeast ecosystem, you will help solve complex business challenges while unlocking innovative partnership opportunities that create measurable impact.

Operating as the quarterback across Creative, Production, Brand Partnerships, Commerce, Product, Legal, Finance, Measurement, and Operations, you will ensure every partnership is executed flawlessly while continually identifying opportunities to expand the relationship across media, content, commerce, consumer products, licensing, gaming, philanthropy, financial services, telecommunications, live experiences, and emerging businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategic success, commercial growth, and executive relationship for one of MrBeast's largest global enterprise partnerships, serving as the general manager of the account.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, leveraging deep industry expertise to solve business challenges, shape long-term strategy, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute multi-year partnership strategies that unlock the full breadth of the MrBeast ecosystem across content, commerce, products, experiences, and emerging businesses.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Strategic Accounts team, establishing operating rhythms, coaching talent, and fostering a culture of ownership and executional excellence.
  • Quarterback cross-functional teams across Creative, Production, Brand Partnerships, Product, Legal, Finance, Measurement, and Operations to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Drive expansion through strategic planning, executive business reviews, innovation initiatives, and proactive identification of new commercial opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the client and an external thought partner, helping shape MrBeast's go-to-market strategy, vertical expertise, and long-term partnership approach.
  • Navigate complex industry and regulatory dynamics to ensure partnership alignment and strategic positioning.
  • Lead product-marketing planning and execution across partnership initiatives, including high-impact retail activations.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of success leading enterprise partnerships, strategic consulting, account management, or general management within a telecommunications industry, emphasizing fluency in regulated-industry dynamics and a track record of growing complex Fortune 500 relationships.
  • Deep expertise and the credibility to advise C-suite executives on business strategy, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional strategic, commercial, and consultative skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into innovative partnerships that deliver measurable impact.
  • Proven executive presence and relationship leadership, with experience influencing senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and leading cross-functional organizations to execute at the highest level.
  • Experience in management consulting, strategic partnerships, enterprise account leadership, or comparable leadership roles within leading technology, media, or platform companies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles, risk framing, and operational excellence to drive seamless end-to-end partnership execution.

The target base compensation ranges from $225,000–$300,000, including a fixed annual salary, an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
