Turn Campaign Research Into Insights That Strengthen Our Partnerships

MrBeast is building one of the most powerful consumer and services ecosystems in the world, spanning media, consumer products, financial services, telecom, loyalty, and brand partnerships.

As the Director of Insights, Research Stewardship at MrBeast, you will lead the research and measurement work that helps our clients and internal teams understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth. You will turn third-party research into clear, actionable insights that strengthen client relationships and inform future partnerships.

You will operate at the intersection of research operations, client insight, and internal strategic intelligence. This role is designed for a hands-on research leader who can translate client objectives into measurement plans, manage vendor partnerships, and deliver insights that guide decisions.

About the Role

You are the internal owner of every third-party campaign attribution measurement partnership MrBeast has — (e.g. Nielsen, Comscore, Meltwater, Ripple, MRI-Simmons, plus custom research vendors we commission on a per-deal basis) — and the person who converts raw research output into insight that lands with both the client and internal teams.

For every Strategic Partnership integration and every substantial base-account campaign, you write the measurement brief that answers the client's KPIs, steward the research through the vendor cycle, and glean the two or three insights per report that meaningfully advance the relationship.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the third-party measurement campaign attribution measurement vendor portfolio — Nielsen brand-lift and audience-composition studies; Comscore reach, frequency, and platform-mix measurement; Meltwater earned-media and social-listening; Ripple influencer/creator measurement; MRI-Simmons audience-attribute layering; plus any custom research firms we commission per integration.
  • Author the measurement brief for every substantial integration. Before a shoot, you sit with the Strategist AD and the client to convert the client's brand KPIs into a specific, measurable research plan — which vendors, which metrics, which cadence, which comparison sets.
  • Steward research through the vendor cycle. You own the working relationship with each vendor's account team. You catch problems before they surface. You accelerate turnaround. You know when a report needs a cross-check.
  • Glean insights and package them for two audiences. Every report has one story for the client (why this integration worked, what to do next) and one story for MrBeast internal (what patterns are emerging across our portfolio, what we can generalize). You write both.
  • Feed insights back to the Partnership leads and leadership — patterns you see across research become inputs to the prospecting plan.
  • Feed insights back to Creative Ops — patterns you see about which creative structures drive lift become inputs to Creative's development process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in media research, brand measurement, or advertising effectiveness — either publisher-side (network, streamer, platform), agency-side (agency insights or measurement lead), or vendor-side (Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, MRI-Simmons, etc.).
  • Native fluency in the third-party measurement stack. Nielsen (NCS, brand lift, audience attribute), Comscore (Media Metrix, Video Metrix, Campaign Ratings), Meltwater, Ripple, MRI-Simmons — you don't need to be an expert in every one, but you need to know which one answers which client question and how to brief them effectively.
  • Client-facing insight-delivery experience. You've walked a Fortune 500 marketing team through a brand-lift study. You've done the delivery and the analysis.
  • Vendor-management chops. You know how to keep them on-timeline, and delivering the depth of insight we're expecting via our investment.
  • Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves execution mindset. You take full-cycle ownership of measurement studies—authoring surveys, diving deep into data analysis, producing client-facing reports, and directly delivering actionable insights.

Fixed annual salary of $155,000 - $194,000 plus an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
