Maximize the Value of Every Partnership Opportunity

MrBeast is building one of the most powerful consumer and services ecosystems in the world, spanning media, consumer products, financial services, telecom, loyalty, and brand partnerships.

As a Director of Yield Operations at MrBeast, you will build and maintain the operating view of what inventory exists, how many avails are available, and where they can be deployed across the MrBeast ecosystem. You will turn complex programming, production, and integration realities into clear inventory decisions that help the commercial organization maximize value while protecting execution.

You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Production, Studio, Content, Activation, and Revenue Operations. This role is designed for an experienced yield and ad operations leader who can balance inventory forecasting, capacity planning, dynamic pricing, and brand prioritization in a fast-moving environment.

About the Role

You will own the systems, processes, and planning cadences that give teams a reliable view of available inventory and integration opportunities. As calendars shift and production priorities evolve, you will help determine which brands and integrations should be prioritized, where commitments can be fulfilled, and how opportunities should be reallocated.

You will work closely with the teams on the ground handling execution, because inventory decisions depend on studio, production, and integration realities. Your work will enable Sales and Activation teams to make informed commitments, quickly adapt when availability changes, and move brands across opportunities without compromising delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain a clear, accurate view of available inventory, avails, capacity, and placement opportunities across content, integrations, and commercial products.
  • Develop forecasting models and capacity-planning processes that account for programming calendars, production schedules, integration constraints, and sold commitments.
  • Manage calendar changes and shifting priorities across content and integrations, ensuring inventory availability is updated and communicated in real time.
  • Help determine which brands, programs, and integrations should be prioritized as production, programming, and commercial opportunity evolve.
  • Partner closely with Studio, Production, Content, Activation, and Sales teams to ensure inventory decisions reflect execution realities.
  • Support the movement of brands across opportunities as availability changes, maintaining clear documentation of commitments, alternatives, and delivery implications.
  • Establish brand-prioritization and dynamic-pricing frameworks that maximize commercial value while protecting operational feasibility and partner commitments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and order data across Operative. One, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce Media Cloud, and related systems.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to align yield strategy with pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and broader go-to-market priorities.
  • Identify inventory constraints, capacity risks, and execution dependencies early, then recommend practical solutions and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
  • Create executive-ready reporting that clarifies inventory health, sellable capacity, utilization, pacing, and opportunity risk.
  • Build scalable processes, standards, and operating cadences that improve inventory visibility and decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure sold commitments are accurately reflected in inventory systems and can be fulfilled as planned.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in yield management, ad operations, inventory management, revenue operations, media planning, or a related commercial operations function.
  • Demonstrated experience managing inventory forecasting, capacity planning, and order management in a complex media or advertising environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory and order-management systems, including Operative. One, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce Media Cloud, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience developing dynamic-pricing, brand-prioritization, or yield-optimization strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate changing inventory, programming, or production conditions into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, advertising products, branded integrations, and the operational requirements that affect delivery.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Production, Studio, Content, Activation, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple variables in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex capacity and yield decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of building scalable systems, documentation, and operating standards.
  • and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Fixed annual salary of $155,000 - $194,000 plus an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
